We want to help you with anything you need while taking this course and beyond. Here is the best way to get help if you are having technical problem, want more help with any of the concepts or need help working with your clients.
Technical support – Rarely, participants will have trouble seeing the videos. If you are using Internet Explorer, you might try using a different Internet browser to see if that makes a difference. If you want to use Internet Explorer, then try the following:
Open Real Player, click on Tools, then Preferences. On the left side there is a General tab and under that is Playback settings. Click on the last box that says Instantly Play Web Page Media Links Instead of Downloading Them.
If that still doesn’t work, please let us know and we will make sure you can see the material elsewhere.
Questions while in training – If you have a question that you think might benefit others about the material, please pose it on the . If you have a question about a problem you want to alert us to (we love to hear about typos or anything confusing to you), then please send it directly to Jan King, program director at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Billing questions – If you opted for the payment plan for this course you will see an automatic charge when you registered and another in 30 days and another 60 days from when you registered. Your receipts will be from “The Publishing Store”. If you have any billing concerns, please email email@example.com.
Suggestions – We are constantly adding to and improving this course and want to hear from you with any comments about what might make your experience better or any information you need that we are not providing in working with authors. Most of the improvements we have made over time have been because of requests from the participants – please keep in touch!
